How it works

1. Tell us what you need. Complete the short enquiry form. It takes about two minutes.
2. We check the match. We pass your enquiry to one vetted clinic in London that suits your request.
3. They contact you directly. The clinic gets in touch to arrange a consultation. There is no obligation to go ahead.

How we vet clinics

We only introduce enquiries to clinics that meet these checks:

• The clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for surgical procedures, and we review its latest inspection rating.
• Surgery is carried out by doctors on the General Medical Council (GMC) register, and the clinic tells patients who will perform each step.
• Prices are explained in writing before treatment.
• The clinic follows advertising rules for cosmetic procedures: no time-limited offers, no “guaranteed results” and no misleading before-and-after images.
• Treatment is for adults (18+) only.

We recheck registrations when a partner joins and periodically afterwards. You should still make your own checks before committing to anything; our guides explain how.

How we are paid

Using Hair Transplants London is free for you. We are paid by the clinic we introduce you to, either as a fee for advertising on this website or as a fee per enquiry. This never affects the price you are quoted. We will always tell you who your enquiry has been sent to.
